Account Deletion Steps
- Navigate to your profile
Go to https://app.epichire.com/profile/ in your web browser.
- Sign in (if needed)
If you're not already signed in, enter your Epic Hire credentials to access your account.
- Open the menu
Click on the hamburger menu icon (three horizontal lines) to open the navigation menu.
- Access account settings
Click on "Account Settings" from the menu options.
- Delete your account
Click on the "Delete Account" button and follow the confirmation prompts to permanently delete your Epic Hire account.
What Happens to Your Data
Data That Will Be Deleted
- Your profile information and personal details
- All job applications and application history
- Resume uploads and documents
- Messages and communications within the platform
- Account preferences and settings
- Any saved job postings or bookmarks
Data That May Be Retained
- Anonymized analytics data for platform improvement
- Data required for legal compliance purposes
- Aggregated usage statistics (without personal identifiers)
Important Notice
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your activity data, applications, and personal information will be permanently removed from Epic Hire. Please ensure you have downloaded any important documents or information before proceeding with account deletion.
